1. About Folinko
Folinko is a social-commerce marketplace that helps customers discover products and shops and connect with businesses and influencers. These terms apply when you use the Folinko websites, mobile applications, and related services.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping your credentials confidential, and all activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when it changes. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.
3. Marketplace purchases
Product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery estimates, and shop policies are supplied by the relevant seller. A purchase is subject to the seller's terms shown at checkout. Folinko may facilitate payments, communications, and order tracking, but the seller remains responsible for fulfilling the order and complying with applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another person's account, submit unlawful or misleading content, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated activity that places unreasonable load on the service.
5. Content and feedback
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Folinko permission to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate and improve the service. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use or that violates another person's rights.
6. Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We may update these terms when the service changes. Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised terms.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided subject to availability. To the extent permitted by law, Folinko is not responsible for losses caused by a seller's product, fulfillment, or policy, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
